Begin anew

Officiant for weddings, unions and renewals

I've officiated at dozens of wedding ceremonies since 1984. Credentialed with The United Methodist Church for over 30 years, My approach is to help couples to celebrate their commitment in a manner that brings the most meaning and joy to their ceremony by reflecting their values, beliefs, and aspects of their relationship.

Your wedding should be an authentic expression of who you are as individuals and as a couple, and I will assist you every step of the way..

Say goodbye

Officiant for burial, funeral and memorial services

As a burial, funeral and memorial officiant my wish is to create a ceremony that reflects the wishes, beliefs, cultural background and values - religious and non-religious- of your loved one and your family. When meeting together we will create the event in an unhurried way with designated family and friends. With compassion, sincerity and great care, I will then officiate at the ceremony in your home or yard, funeral home, crematorium, cemetery or memorial location of your choice.

Retreats, Workshops and Seminars

Tricia leads workshops, seminars, and retreats for groups big and small, both locally and across the U.S. The requested topics usually come from her published books and resources as well as her current work in the hospice setting. (See the listing of books on this web site.) Once the topic and theme are chosen, Tricia works with the leadership and planners to create a hands-on experience that will benefit the participants. Because she works with both non-profit and for-profit organizations, she is pleased to work within your budget to help you create the event you want.

“It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to become a funeral officiant or wedding officiant. Perhaps you want to grow spiritually in your own life and launch into a new way of seeing life. Or maybe you have a creative idea to share with the world. Whatever it is, Spiritworks is the place to explore new possibilities in how you can make a difference.”
